The New Zealand Minister of Education has prescribed school term dates for 2011. The dates, subject to change and prescribed in this notice, allow New Zealand schools to exercise more flexibility in determining their opening dates after consultation with other schools in the area.

Tuesday 24th January: New Staff Induction
Wednesday 25th - 26th January: Teacher Only Day - No teachers are available
Friday 27th January: All Year 11 and 12 students to check subject choices for 2012
All new enrolments Year 9 - 13 (Enrolments prior to start of school year appreciated)
Peer Support Training for Year 13's
Monday 30th January: Anniversary Day
Tuesday 31st January: School start for Year 9 and 13
Wednesday 1st February: Whole School attendance. Deans assemblies at 8:40am
Thursday 2nd February: Whole School normal timetable begins
Monday 6th February: Waitangi Day
Thursday 5th April: Term Ends (10 weeks)
